If this is your first time to the Chalet at the Lakes, it won’t be your last. This unique beach front gated community has it all! Chalet 101 - 2 bdrms and is located across from the pond. Not beachfront. The community includes heated pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, private beach, 3 playgrounds, shuffleboard, basketball courts, sand volleyball, 2 community fire pits, and direct access to Lincoln Park Beach. And for adult vacays, you are just minutes from breweries and wineries galore! The space Ground Level : Newly added garage rec room with arcade, poly seats, and giant connect 4!! Charcoal Grill with picnic table. The Chalet's main level was completely remodeled in March of 2024 and provides all you will need for a comfortable stay! Dining table seats 4. Comfortable sectional couch with Smart TV. Full bathroom with tub & shower combo. 4 season room : table seats 8 and great for game night or dining. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a small shared half bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a King bed & twin bunks. Bedroom 2 includes 1 queen bed with tempur-pedic mattress topper and lux memory foam pillows. Twin bunk beds in each room allow for extra sleeping. The twin bunks are on the smaller side and would be better suited for children. View : Unit 101 is located on the far east side of the 36 acre resort across from the fishing pond. . Other things to note Our best friends own the chalet next to us! If you want two chalets that have a connected deck space please let us know and we can arrange both units. We traveled SW Michigan a lot before buying this chalet in Stevensville. We just fell in love with the location and amenities. We will have a great tourist guide for you at the house with our favorite breweries in the area ; wineries; hikes; launch points for kayaks; bike trails; restaurants; shopping; day trips; etc. We are total outdoor junkies and love to explore new places so all we learn will always be passed on to you upon your stay!! St Joseph Silver Beach is just a short 13 min drive where you will love the beach, the carousel, and the biggest splash pad outside Silver Beach Pizza that I have ever seen. Grand Mere State Park is 3 min away for hiking or snow shoe hiking in the winter. Fall is my favorite with all farmers markets still going but cool enough to eat outside without sweating! Please note : pools are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. 2 Vehicles max per rental. If you have more, they will need to park off property.
