Step into 50's nostalgia at FIrerock Hideout! Our 3-BR cottage is well stocked for a comfortable stay and also offers a large sunny veranda for alfresco dining. Enjoy the mile-long sandy beach, a community vibey pool/hot tub, and vast greenspace. BBQ, hike trails, and play pickleball out your front door. With a diner, EV charger, fitness center, and marina, this 50s-themed retreat has it all. Lake Osoyoos is the PNW's warmest lake. Vintage charm and lounging comfort await your lakeside getaway! The space Our family cottage was meticulously designed with visitors in mind. We are so excited to share this special place that will allow you to reconnect with sunny days on the lake. Our community is a gem! Firerock Hideout has 6 beds in 3 bedrooms (a king, a queen, 4 twins) as well as a full sofa sleeper - it's comfy but it’s still couch sleeping ;). A vibrant living space with a spacious vaulted ceiling is perfect for hanging with the family, or celebrating a special occasion. The kitchen is updated and equipped with all the essentials your group needs, including both French press and drip coffee options for early mornings. The king bedroom is simple, but oh-so-comfy, and kids (or adults!) of all ages will enjoy the bunk bed room. The location can’t be beat. You’re at the heart of it all, the pool is a 30-second walk, the lake an effortless 1-minute stroll. The cottage itself is located on the Firerock ln, the starting point to the walking trail system. The Diner, fitness room and game room are across the street. Veranda Beach is your go-to for water sports on the warmest lake in the PNW. We offer toys, a wagon, towels, a cooler. After the sun sets, the community fire pit is next door for smors or our private veranda will help you relax. Outdoor seating for 6 under the lights, 6 additional Adirondack chairs circle a private fire pit and for chef cooked meals there is alfresco dining for 6. EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT Early check in and late check out must be considered on a case by case basis and are always almost approved when possible. You must obtain written approval from us approving either early check in or late check out. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If there is excessive noise or disturbances to our neighbors during these hours, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay with no refund. FISH/GAME We love and respect our fellow hunters and fishers, but absolutely no game or fish cleaning allowed inside the cabin. There is an outdoor spiquet for those activites. SHARED SPACES (access keys) Our community offers a lovely pool, hot tub, game room, fitness room (no street shoes), diner, store and marina. Each reservation will be supplied one access key card for these ammendities. If the card is lost, a replacement can be had at the office at a cost of $25. PARKING Parking is located at across the street, or at the rear of the community. To keep the streets kid-friendly no parking is allowed at the cottages. Load & Unload only. A parking pass will be provided for you to place on your vehicle dashboard. TRASH Each night trash is collected at 8pm from the street. SMOKING Absolutely no smoking in the cabin will be permitted. LIABILITY This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guest access Guests self check in via HOA check in. Parking is convenient across the street or in the community parking for overflow. Load/unload parking anytime. Biking/walking is common.
