The master bedroom offers a 2 queen size beds. The guest bedroom has 1 King bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room with 2 extra sleeping spots. Resort Fee (Daily Charge): • $40 per day, plus applicable taxes Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250: • A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay. • This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary.
