Welcome to the Sunny Side Up! A unique home with a retro flair! Our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home comes with all the bells and whistles you'd expect in a vacation home. Enjoy our spacious living quarters and private backyard with tropical botanicals, a heated pool and spa, outdoor shower and fire pit. Our home is perfectly situated at the bottom of the St. Pete area, getting anywhere in "The Burg" a breeze! The space A large and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a heated pool, spa, outdoor shower and fire pit! Enjoy the surrounding botanicals in the back yard while sunbathing in the pool. Please note this is NOT A pet friendly home. We do not accept pets of any kind. IF a pet is discovered here during or after your stay a $500 fine will apply. Thank you for respecting our home rules. Guest access The entire home is private and for your use only.
