We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi Roku TVs for your entertainment needs and access the water from our private beach. Take the kayaks out on the water anytime you want. The beautiful new, fully equipped kitchen features a large island with 4 bar stools, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, island cook-top, oven and everything you need for a home cooked meal. BBQ tools are also available to you to use with our grill. When using provided kayaks, the operators MUST wear a life vest (some sizes provided). Children MUST be properly supervised by a responsible person - this is a high-risk activity, and all personal injury risk is assumed by the guest during use. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming and the use of canoe and kayak is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the boats and rafts. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the kayak and canoe and hold the host & owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, and the use of kayak, canoe and water floats may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, or using the kayak or canoe if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, or uses the kayak or canoe while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. Parties, gatherings, or celebrations that create excessive noise are not allowed at this property. Please be mindful of noise past 10 p.m. due to the proximity of our neighbors and that the noise easily amplifies. Smoking. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in an additional cleaning charge of $500. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21. Lawn Care. We have a professional landscaper who comes on a scheduled basis. It should not disrupt your visit but know it will occasionally occur when guests are present. Please deposit all trash & recycling in the cans on site.
