We invite you to "The Meadow", a spacious, nature-inspired, newly built cabin centrally located between Bryce and Zion National Parks. "The Meadow" sleeps up to ten people, and we hope to host you and yours to enjoy our multiple amenities including the hot tub, outdoor firepit, barbecue grill, and large loft. With a balance of rejuvenation, comfort, and access to adventure, we hope your stay is as exceptional as the nature surrounding us! The space The Meadow at Bryce Canyon Country features gorgeous views in every direction, offering a beautiful peak into what southern Utah has to offer. With a nature-inspired, modern, and open-concept design, the large cabin and its many luxurious amenities is meant to offer a space for sanctuary, gathering, and a home base for adventure. The Meadow is nestled 25 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park and 47 miles from Zion National Park, making it a perfect location to explore the Southern Utah outdoors. The Meadow sleeps up to ten people, with a spacious and luxurious primary bedroom suite with a king bed and standalone bathtub on the main floor. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom suite with a private bathroom and access to an outdoor patio. On the upper level is a large loft with a cozy living area and TV. The sofa bed in the loft upstairs can sleep two people. Lastly, there is a spacious bedroom with a twin bunk bed and a queen bed. Our full kitchen has all the basics and more for preparing meals, plus everything you'll need for coffee and tea, including locally owned coffee beans. The main living area is an open concept space next to the kitchen and dining area to allow for conversation and relaxation. The indoor fireplace in the living area is a perfect place to cozy up next to especially in the colder months. Both TVs in the cabin are Smart TVs, giving you access to many streaming services. As well, speedy fiber internet is available. On the back covered patio, you can enjoy an outdoor dining table, barbecue grill, outdoor propane firepit, and hot tub, all while taking in the stunning, unobstructed views of the Paunsaugunt Cliffs. We love pets, but they're only allowed on the property with advance notice at the time of booking. Dogs only are permitted. An extra $50 per dog per booking will be added to your total fees for the stay. All dogs must be declared at the time of booking. There may be a maximum number of dogs permitted. Undeclared pets on the property will incur at $100 per violation per day fee. It is the guest's responsibility to attend to their pets at all times and clean up all pet waste on the property. Please refrain from allowing dogs on the furniture. Please declare Service or Emotional Support Animals at the time of booking. If pet causes damage to any areas of the home, there may be fees associated to cover damage. The cabins are located in Hatch, UT - a rural, remote community with limited services, restaurants, and grocery stores with limited hours. Please plan ahead accordingly, and we're happy to offer any suggestions to provide for a more convenient and easeful experience. Don't hesitate to message us to inquire about single night stays, last-minute bookings, or other arrangements or questions. We're happy to help! We hope to host you and yours! Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the cabin, including a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as the two car garage. The only areas of the cabin guests will not have access to include the two locked storage rooms in the garage and the roof. Other things to note The upper loft area is an open concept and exposes itself to the living room below (please see photos for reference) and is protected by a four foot tall railing. The turnoff from Highway 89 to access the road to the cabins can come quickly, especially at night in the dark. Please exercise caution on the highway and slow down and signal well before the turnoff, particularly at nighttime. Please also watch for wildlife on the highway. Additionally, there may be wildlife around the property - please enjoy them from afar and leave them alone. Please note that while we are rural, our property is accessible by any vehicle and is not on mountain roads. Due to the rural location of our property, is it possible, though unlikely, that weather-related power outages may be possible. Please communicate with your hosts if this happens and we will do our best to communicate any updates and offer suggestions.
