The space The property is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home to the Honda Classic (now the Cognizant Classic) on the PGA Tour. There are 5 golf courses, tennis, beautiful parks & bicycle paths within the community. Gorgeously renovated and reconfigured kitchen opened, textured ceilings, new floors updated bathrooms. End unit makes all the difference giving you bonus window, upgraded doors and appliances. My unit has been renovated on the exterior as well. New roofs, new shutters, upgraded landscape, private garden area, grill, fantastic gated community! Follow straight and take your second right through the roundabout and pass the security guard gate station. Get into the right lane and turn right at the first stop sign. Left lane is for visitors and the right lane is for residents and renters with a parking pass/sticker. Stay in the left lane until you have received your parking pass. Go through the security gate and continue forward on Tournament Blvd then take a left turn into the Club Cottages Community. Follow straight until you turn into the 100 block and 109 will be and end unit as you turn left into the 100 block The Property is Licensed by the State of Florida as Public Lodging Establishment for Transient Occupancy. Other things to note Check in procedure: *Please text me upon self check in to confirm arrival NOTE: The pool key & gate access fab is hanging in the kitchen to the left of the refrigerator *Make sure you have the door code with you when exiting as the door automatically locks when closed Check out procedure: *Please text me upon check out *Throw away trash into dumpster (fenced in area at the entrance of our block) *Please start dishwasher upon leaving if there are dirty dishes *Please start a load of towels NOTE: There will be a $50 charge for lost remotes, pool key or fab SERVICE ANIMALS: It is our pleasure to accept your service animal at no additional charge. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal: 1. Is the service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform? Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times, and never left alone in an Airbnb at any time. If a guest misrepresents a pet as a service animal, we will report fraudulent claims to government authorities and immediately evict the guest(s).
