Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with quartz countertops, a large island, and modern stainless appliances (including an air fryer). Upstairs: The Master Suite: A true retreat featuring a California King bed and a spa-like en-suite with a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity. Bedrooms 3, 4, & 5: Three additional well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a Queen bed. Bathroom 3: A full shared bathroom with modern fixtures. Guest access Guest Access Guests have exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom main home and private backyard. For owner storage, the outdoor sheds and one bedroom closet are locked and unavailable to guests. Separate Guesthouse / ADU A completely separate, detached 2-bedroom guesthouse is located on the east side of the property and may be occupied or rented separately during your stay. It has its own private entrance, utilities, and indoor living areas; there is no shared indoor access between the main home and guesthouse. The driveway is shared. Main-home guests have two designated driveway parking spaces, and the guesthouse has one designated space. Street parking is also available, subject to local rules. Other things to note Need More Space? Traveling with a larger group? A separate 2-bedroom, 1-bath guesthouse on the same property may be available for an additional reservation. It is ideal for grandparents, project supervisors, or guests who would appreciate additional privacy while remaining close to the main group. Please message us for availability. Booking & Stay Requirements To help ensure a safe, smooth, and compliant stay, the following requirements apply: Identity verification: A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for the primary guest and all adult occupants for stays of 28 nights or longer, as well as for guests new to Airbnb. Stays of 28+ nights: Longer stays require a completed rental application, background and credit screening, and a signed lease agreement, as required for California residential rentals. Minimum booking age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve the home. Mail and deliveries: For extended stays, the host retains the mailbox key and delivers mail to the home weekly. Please contact us in advance regarding business mail or special delivery needs. Pets: Pets are welcome! A $100 pet fee applies to help cover the additional professional cleaning needed to keep the home comfortable for every guest.
