Bright 2br Great Location Near USU and Downtown

Very bright and cozy 2 bedroom basement unit that has a full kitchen, dishwasher, and W/D in unit! Full size windows in the living room and kitchen offers tons of light, not your typical basement apartment. Come and go as you please through your own private entrance. It has been recently remodeled. Centrally located in the 'Island' neighborhood. As a basement unit you may hear footsteps or muffled voices from above. We ask all guests to be respectful of quiet hours (10pm-8am). The space You'll have your own private entry to the bright and cozy 2 bedroom basement unit. The home was built in 1962 and still has some of the old charm but remodeled with modern features. Fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, dining area, in unit washer and dryer, fast wifi, and a great shared backyard to enjoy! All we ask is you keep noise to a reasonable level and respect quiet hours so all guests have the best stay possible! Guest access Self check in with smart lock keyless entry. Access to the unit is around the NE side (left) of the home, to the backyard where the front door is for this unit. There are some solar lights along the path should you have a late check in. Other things to note Fantastic location with great walking trails right across the street and the Little Logan River. Walking distance to both USU and Downtown. We've been having issues with our sprinkler system and are in the process of fixing them so our grass is quite dry at the moment. This shouldn't affect your stay in anyway but don't want it to be a surprise as you pull up! Please note that there is no air conditioner in the unit, but it's a basement unit it stays very cool (read the reviews, even in middle of the summer!). We provide tower fans in each room and living room just incase. The rest of the house has AC so we feel this also helps keep it cool. There are often other guests in the unit directly above you and you may hear some noise or footsteps from them time to time. We provide white noise machines and earplugs just incase, but if you feel this may bother you we'd advise booking elsewhere. It really hasn't been an issue though!
