Sofa Bed Setup Instructions: -To open the sofa bed, pull out the bottom/last section of the sofa. -The bedding for the sofa bed is located in the master bedroom closet. Outdoor area features ☛ Alfresco dining comes alive in the outdoor dining area! ☛ Fire up the BBQ grill for delicious outdoor cooking! ☛ Light up the fire pit for story sharing and s'mores! ☛ A spacious lawn invites play and fun! Game room! ☛ Air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, and a large connect 4 set. ☛ Extra Roku smart TV! We are also pet friendly, but there is a pet fee charge. Other things to note ☛ Outdoor cameras are active for security monitoring. No cameras are installed indoors. ☛ No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors (plenty of space to do so outdoors, please!), hints of such odors will result in an extra $500 cleaning fee. ☛ Unauthorized pets will result in an extra $500 fee. ⏰ Checkout time is 10:00 AM. 📩 Please inform us in advance if you need extra time.
