Recently completely remodeled Home with optional Casita add-on! Our home is both spacious & very welcoming with a private pool overlooking the ocean. The neighborhood is a peaceful & quiet place, with the exception of occasional cow or donkey wandering down the street. The locals are friendly characters from all over the world, full of tales about their life here in Baja. The fishing is superb! We are so happy to be able to share our little slice of paradise and the Baja experience with others. We are a quick two-minute walk to the beautiful Sea of Cortez with miles of white sandy beaches. The view from our deck and balconies of the sea is absolutely amazing. Make sure to enjoy the whale watching from the top balcony each morning. For your enjoyment, you have access to your own private pool. The inside kitchen is well equipped to meet all your needs. We have made the effort to include all items necessary for you to enjoy your stay- but of course, please reach out to us during your stay should you need anything at all! The whole house and pool are yours to enjoy while renting. Please note: the garage is kept locked for owners personal belongings and not included with the rental. There is plenty of driveway and street front parking. Access to shopping, restaurants, and bars is just a quick quad ride away! However, the local amenities are close enough to enjoy a nice walk on the beach as well. We have recently built a casita on the property for the occasional times we are in town and the house is rented. We will let you know prior to your stay as to whether or not we will be in town. If by chance we happen to be there during your stay we promise to be discrete with our comings and goings so we don’t interrupt your vacation time. The Main House, front patio, and pool are absolutely 100% yours during your stay. We will always be a phone call away if you need us. If we are out of the area, we have a wonderful maintenance man and neighbors to help out with any needs you may have This is a beautiful little town with beach access to 2 different resorts with bars and restaurants. There are 2 small convenience stores within walking distance as well. There are local taxis available if you need a ride to or from the airport or you want to go to town. You can also Rent a Quad to get around or go for a beach drive. We also have a local Rent a car company (way cheaper than renting a car at the airport) to explore the local towns. It's very easy to get around in our town! For larger parties, we now have a recently completed on-site, Brand-New, Casita. This one room, full bath Casita will include the use of the completely furnished outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ and Pizza Oven. For your personal privacy, the Casita is designed to be used completely separate from the rest of the property. However, if you choose, simply unlock a door and the Casita instantly transforms the main house into a 4 Bedroom 3-1/2 Bath with both up and downstair master bedrooms. If interested, this can be added for an addition $195/night.
