The Cabin at Ridge View-wonderful mountain escape!

The Cabin at Ridge View offers a wonderful place to gather to enjoy Brian Head and it's surrounding areas. So much FUN to be had in ALL seasons! The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry area and the BEST thing about it is the large, open living space that awaits you on the upper level! The massive windows allow for endless views as you enjoy the space with family and/or friends in conversation, playing cards & games, enjoy a movie and share a meal. Make great memories, book your stay NOW! The space Welcome to The Cabin at Ridge View, your rustic escape into nature. As you step into our cabin, you'll be greeted by the lower level's spacious bunk room—an inviting haven with two bunk beds, each featuring a queen-sized lower bed, a twin-sized upper bed and an upper loft with a single bed, 2 large Smart TV's to enjoy your favorite shows or watch a movie. For some competitive FUN, enjoy the ping pong table and a 60 games in 1 arcade table. Having a bathroom on this level, making this area perfect for families or larger groups. This level has a mini split heat & air system so you can have it set to your perfect temperature for maximum comfort. Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover two private bedrooms, each adorned with cozy furnishings, an electric fireplace for added warmth and ambience along with its own bathroom for added comfort. A laundry area is also conveniently located on this level, providing all the amenities needed for a home away from home. With comfort in mind, we added air conditioning to our central forced air heating system for the 2nd & 3rd levels controlled by a thermostat located on 3rd level. Not many properties have AC on the mountain...when we purchased this we were told it wasn't necessary, however we realized it was and would be a benefit so we had an AC installed. The upper level unveils the true charm of The Cabin at Ridge View. A breathtaking open living space awaits you, featuring massive windows that frame panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is the perfect place to enjoy conversations, a good book or watch your favorite shows/movies on the Smart TV by logging into to your favorite streaming channels. There is a large dining table to gather around to play cards, games or to work a puzzle, many of which are provided in cabinet or bring your favorites from home. On this level you'll also find the fourth bathroom for added convenience. Step outside onto the large deck, where the incredible views continue to captivate. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee, savoring an outdoor meal, or simply basking in the serenity of nature, the deck provides the perfect vantage point. For added convenience during the winter, Brian Head offers a FREE TOWN SHUTTLE...we have a stop a short distance down the street and you will just need to text "Stop J" to the number located in binder in cabin to alert shuttle driver that you will be waiting. The shuttle is available Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm / Friday, Saturday & Holidays 9am-10pm. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and will gain access via a keypad entry at front door. Other things to note ***Our cabin allows for parking of 4 vehicles and there is absolutely no street parking allowed from mid Nov-Mid April.
