The property has outdoor security cameras for your safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit. This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection. Due to the size of the property we have groundskeepers that periodically attend to the exterior of the property. We may need access to the garage or shed during your stay. A security deposit of $900.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
