Relax on our expansive 800+ square foot deck, where you can unwind and soak in the coastal ambiance. As the day winds down, gather around a beachside fire pit, listen to the soothing waves, and marvel at the starlit sky. Guest access The home offers multiple gathering areas and relaxing spaces. With a fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, and comfortable sleeping arrangements, including 5 bedrooms with a king, 2 queen, 2 twin and bunk beds, everyone will feel right at home. Overflow sixth bedroom with twin bed and an additional slide out twin bed overlooking the bay. We provide an array of amenities, including beach gear (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys), entertainment options like Xbox & board games, and baby gear (pack & play crib, high chair, bathtub and baby monitor). Stay connected with high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace, if needed. Explore nearby attractions such as Historic Milton (10 minutes), Lewes (15 minutes), Rehoboth boardwalk and outlets (20 minutes), or take the Lewes/Cape May Ferry, each offering its own unique charm and adventure. Other things to note We welcome your furry companions up to two medium size dogs with a non-refundable fee of $250 per stay and signed addendum, making our home truly inclusive. Please note, linens are not included, but rental packages are available upon request. Additionally, our house is elevated on pilings, requiring guests to navigate stairs to access the living space.
