Back inside, you'll find a full kitchen, three more Smart TVs (in three of the four bedrooms), and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. There's a primary bedroom and a guest bedroom on the main floor, as well as two large bedrooms on the second floor. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Guest access All parts of the home and property including the dock. Other things to note We offer a parking pass to the Ocean Pines Beach Club in Ocean City on 49th Street. We require a $60 deposit for use of the parking pass. Please let us know in advance and we will send you a request for the deposit so you will have full access to use it. The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after checkout, verifying the pass was left at the home.
