Welcome to our house near downtown Saratoga--a centrally located, elegant residence to call home base while you're in town. Offering the whole house, including a 1-bedroom suite, spacious office, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and gated driveway parking. In convenient proximity to Apple and Netflix, and close to major freeways (SR 85, I-280, SR 9). Easily walkable to downtown Saratoga for dining, shopping, and wine tasting. The space The entire main floor (1400 sq ft) of the house, private yard, patio spaces, and driveway parking are yours during your stay. The kitchen includes cookware you may need to prepare and enjoy meals. We provide extra bedding and starter kits of all essentials such as dish soap and laundry detergent. Guest access When hosting, we keep the second floor of the house locked for our own storage. In the back of the property there is a garage but it will not be accessible. Other things to note No smoking of any kind on the property, no parties, and shoes off in the house, please. No pets. House is not suitable for children under age 14. Upon check-in, we will provide keys/entry codes and brief orientation, request to make copy of identification, and sign check-in document.
