Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning. There is a spiral staircase to access the upstairs bedroom. Guest access You'll enter the main building using your unique code at the door. Once inside, walk up the first set of stairs, take a left down the hallway, and locate Unit 22 on your left. At your unit door, enter your 10-digit code into the Deadbolt smart lock - the lock will flash green and play a tone. Turn the knob to the left to open the door. To lock up, press the Schlage button and turn the knob to the right. A lockbox is also mounted on the door frame if you need the backup key. If you have any trouble with the smart lock, contact the support line provided in your confirmation. Other things to note An outdoor pool is available for summer use (unheated). Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the bottom level of the building. To reach the laundry room from your unit, head downstairs, follow the hallway past Units 1-8, take a right before those units, and continue down to the laundry area at the end of the hallway.
