The space The home features plenty of space to sleep 8 with 5 beds total - a primary bedroom with a king bed and a gorgeous en suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, walk in shower and large walk in closet. Three other bedrooms each have 3 queen beds (Level II ) with access to a full bathroom with double vanity and a laundry room with washer and dry. Additionally, a queen pull out sofa (Level I ) is available. All appliances, bedding, including mattresses are new. Home is furnished and is complete with all the comforts of home including new furniture, and new carpet (second floor). The modern living room has a large sectional from Pottery Barn for a great gathering spot with an easy start, built-in gas fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen has brand new state-of-the-art stainless steel Bosch appliances, including a french door fridge, induction range, microwave with convection option, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Two dining areas and bar area can seat up to 12 for larger gatherings. Free off the street parking and garage access add convenience during your extended stay. Central air-conditioning and heating add to the home's comfort. The fenced yard with towering pine trees, a large deck with new gas BBQ grill and stone patio with a gas fire pit adjoins a green space to impart a private experience yet is located close to paved trails and a playground just a short walk from your door. Walking/running trails to national forest are within walking distance. Guest access All areas accessible except for downstairs hall closet and outdoor storage shed reserved for owners storage. Other things to note -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately. -No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00 -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour. -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee. -No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup *If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances.
