Guest access The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other things to note NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. This is strictly enforced. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance beginning at 10:00 PM. Please bring all noise indoors after this time. This is a family neighborhood — we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors. This is a PET-FREE home. Pets are not allowed in the house, pool area, backyard, or front yard. Guests who do not follow this rule agree to cover any additional cleaning or damage costs related to pets. The reservation must reflect the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (up to 8 adults over the age of 13). Additional unapproved guests may result in a $100 per night, per guest charge. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A minimum $150 fee may apply if check-out time is not followed. The home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times, especially around the pool area. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals or late departures when possible. Availability can only be confirmed within 24 hours of your check-in or check-out date, as it depends on our cleaning schedule and other guest reservations. Additional fees may apply. For security purposes, there is one exterior camera facing the street/driveway and one monitoring the garage keypad area. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. We respect the privacy of our guests. Minimum age to book this listing is 25 years old.
