There's no street noise. The building has an elevator, an outdoor shower to remove sand from the beach and clean chairs and umbrellas. The apartment has a covered side terrace with a barbecue grill. Guest access The building has, on the ground floor, an area with a shower and a faucet to wash sand from the body and beach chairs. Access is with a TAG. Total security. Other things to note On the side terrace, the barbecue grill has internal lighting and an exhaust system. The cooking gas is supplied by a cylinder that is outside the apartment, in a ventilated external cabinet.
