Your unit, Unit B, is located on the right side. - Parking: Please park on the right side of the property, as the left side is reserved for the other unit. - Backyard: There is no backyard access for guests due to the presence of neighbors' aggressive dogs. They can be very aggressive and we have no solution to control them. - Climate Control: The unit has a central HVAC system. To adjust the temperature, please contact the host, as the thermostat is not located within the unit. - Laundry: Washer and dryer access is available only for stays of 30 days or more and is shared with the other unit. - Noise Potential: Guests may experience occasional noise from barking dogs or the neighboring unit.
