It's located in the 'Island' neighborhood, surrounded by mature trees, walking paths, and parks. You'll have the entire main floor of the home with your own private entry. Great kitchen, dining room, in unit W/D, living room with a dedicated workspace. Please be aware that there are two basement units and we respect quiet hours. The space You'll have the entire top floor of the home. It was built in 1962 and still has some of the old charm but remodeled with some modern features. Fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, dining room, in unit washer and dryer, fast wifi, a workspace and a great backyard to enjoy! You may bump into the downstairs tenants as it is shared backyard. Guest access Dedicated parking space for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Self-check in and keyless entry via the front door on the main level of home. The two other units on this site are in the basement and access to those are completely separate. Access to the backyard through the garage (shared, but is largely used by the owners as storage and for supplies). Other things to note Fantastic location with great walking trails right across the street. Walking distance to both USU, Downtown, and the Logan LDS Temple.
