Welcome to your home away from home in Logan, Utah. This private, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom main-floor rental sits in the centrally located "Island" neighborhood, perfectly situated between the Utah State University and Downtown. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, cozy beds with extra linens, blankets, and pillows. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, dedicated workspace, and all the essentials you need to complete your stay. The space Entire main level of a home that has a spacious and open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Was recently renovated, but still has some mid-century charm. Has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dedicated workspace. Hard surface floors throughout (LVP), all bedrooms have blackout curtains or blinds and fans. All essentials provided; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent. If you run out during your stay we will gladly provide more (no ‘starter pack’ we keep it well stocked!). You’ll be steps from walking trails, parks, and minutes from downtown eateries, the Logan LDS Temple, and the Utah State University campus. Check yourself in with our secure keyless lock and stretch out with two dedicated driveway parking spots and plenty of off-street parking if needed. Please be aware that there are two basement apartments below this unit (with completely different entrances) and we respect quiet hours (10pm - 8am). Guest access Our check-in is 3pm. Dedicated parking space for up to two vehicles in the driveway, very safe street parking, and even a large pull out across the street if needed. The driveway is shared with the basement apartment, but still allows plenty of space for 2-3 more. Please do not block the sidewalk, it is frequently used by pedestrians. Self-check in and keyless entry via the front door on the main level of home. Access to the backyard is through the garage (not available for use as it is used for storage and housekeeping). Other things to note We respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am as this is a home that has two other rental units in the basement and we want everyone to be comfortable and sleep well! Each room is equipped with fans and white noise machines, but noise from others has rarely caused issues. No smoking inside the home, no pets, no parties. Due to some recent issues with hair dye staining our bathroom fixtures, we kindly ask you refrain from using any sort of dye or tinted shampoo in the home. And glitter 🤣
