Pet-friendly Tybee beach cottage just minutes from the sand. Walk to the beach and enjoy two bikes, beach gear, and a calm, stylish space designed for easy coastal living. Enjoy premium linens, plush bath & beach towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with All-Clad cookware. Beach days are easy with 4 chairs, coolers and a designer low-canopy umbrella included. Unwind on the inviting porch with a hanging chair and sectional. Open-concept den and kitchen flow beautifully. The space We have been both vacation rental hosts and we are also lovers of great travel spots, and therefore we are excited to offer several top-notch, exclusive concierge amenities with your booking. Sardine is a 3br/2ba overlooking a private road dotted with local residents. The house is just a few minutes walk from the stunning Beachs of Tybee Island on the South Coast of Georgia, and only 20 mins from Savannah. The King bedroom features original wood floors, luxurious soft premium bed linens, and embraces the simple, nostalgic cottage retreat with a louvered door and privacy Libeco linen curtain. Please note, the bedroom is off the kitchen and den and shares the hall bathroom or the front bathroom with your other guests in the home. Sound does transfer around the house, as it is a small, historic cottage. Sunken shared queen and twin bedroom is a charming step down into a shared bed space with premium linens. This special space has a tv, and a door to the screened porch and also direct access to the full tub bathroom. It is behind the kitchen rolling barn door with a privacy Libeco linen curtain and sound will transfer all around the house. The studio/office/pull out queen sofa-bed room is adjoining the full shower bathroom, and is accessed from the bathroom. Please inquire directly about daily breakfast offerings, espresso, smoothies, cold pressed juices and other snacks delivered to the porch cart, as well as other restaurant recommendations and reservations. We are pleased to coordinate for additional fees, rentals as needed, through local small businesses: baby gear, kayak, bike, and golf cart rental assistance. North Beach Rentals is located in the North Beach middle beach walkway. We can arrange sets of two chairs and one umbrella per day, for an additional fee of $50/day. If you would like to have chairs and umbrellas, please let us know prior to your arrival, as they book up and run out of items! We will try our best to accommodate your request. We will pass along the payment details to you, upon request. We also provide additional personal care items on as-needed basis (feminine products, hygiene care, first aid) above and beyond our personal care products in the shower (ie shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion). The best part of being on vacation time is being catered to! We offer fully stocked kitchen groceries, special balloons or fresh flowers upon arrival, additional cleaning days, and on-site laundry. There are two parking spaces immediately to the left and to the right sides of the cottage. Other things to note We do have an inflatable Queen mattress, which could be available upon request.
