The 3rd bedroom and full bath are on the 1st floor. as well as the living room gas fireplace (just flick the wall switch and enjoy!) and pool/ ping-pong table! Outside, the house also has a wrap-around deck with hot tub, dining table/ umbrella and large grill with propane provided, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the natural setting in the back yard. Guest access Rental includes access to the HOA community indoor pool (heated; year-round) & outdoor pool (open during summer), 6 community lakes (open year-round) for swimming/water sports, tennis/ pickleball courts, basketball courts, and the community lodge for all registered guests!
