Welcome to Sunset Bay! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with elevator access, is in a prime location by land or water. It sits on the 2 mile marker of the Grand Glaize arm. Only a 10 minute drive to the popular Bagnell Dam Strip. This complex features three pools, one is a lakeside pool which you have a view of from the balcony! There is also a 12’x30’ boat slip available for rent. The space Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a large smokeless electric grill! There is also a dining table with seating for four. Living Room The living room features a couch, two chairs, coffee table, side tables, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony with beautiful unobstructed views of the lake! There is a high sided twin-sized air mattress available as well. Master The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, flat screen TV and sliding doors that give you access to the balcony. There is an attached master bathroom with a double vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 Bedroom two features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a closet. Bathroom 2 Bathroom two features a single vanity sink and a stand-alone shower. Outside Outside on the lakefront balcony you have a view of the lakeside pool. There is a sectional, 2 lounge chairs, coffee table and a flat screen TV. Down at the community dock there is a 12’x30’ boat slip available for rent! Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in.
