The space When you enter my home through the double entry door you will see the bright, wide hallway with high ceiling and lots of portlights, a bright and airy living space adorned with modern furnishings and coastal decor. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing the perfect setting for relaxing with family and friends. The 4 well-appointed bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed(with a mini-crib and a play pen) and an in suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms offer 1 king-sized,2 double sized with a laundry in suite , 1 bunk sized beds and ample storage spaces for your belongings. The second bathroom is conveniently located to serve the other bedrooms. Step outside to discover your own private oasis! The backyard boasts a sparkling heated saltwater swimming pool with a bubbly spa area with the 82-86F(can be warmer in Summer months)water temperature, perfect for relaxing on those warm Florida days.If you would like your swimming pool warmer please talk to the owner.Optional heating can be arranged up to 90F for additional fee to cover the heating cost . My home offers privacy of the backyard with a kidney shape swimming pool , lots of pot-lights to brighten up your stay. Please note, we reside in tropical climate, mosquitos and iguanas are frequent visitors in the evening time. However we spray, fumigate and try to get rid of them, take into consideration that nature is very hard to control.
