Located 4 minutes from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, 5 minutes from Barkers Island, and 10 minutes from Duluth! PET FRIENDLY! The space The home has 3 floors, with each floor offering its own uniqueness. The main floor has a dining room + a kitchen with fully stocked cooking appliances. The living room offers its own cozy feel where you can relax & watch your favorite movies/shows on the 65 inch smart tv. You can also step out to the fully furnished sun room to read, relax and enjoy coffee & cold drinks. The top level has three bedrooms, with a queen in each of the first two rooms, and bunk beds (twin over a full size bed) in the third bedroom. The full size bathroom comes with a classic clawfoot tub! In the lowest level, you will find a fully size game room, which includes a futon & electric fire place for relaxation. A half bathroom, washer & dryer can also be found on this level. Other things to note Please note there is an active Ring doorbell camera monitoring the front entrance for security purposes. A hot tub is available at the home all year round. It is professional cleaned and maintained by a professional company. There is a non refundable pet fee of $75 for pets at the home. PLEASE note there are two bathrooms in the home, both that require a set of stairs to access them. The driveway accommodates two vehicles. The home is in the intersection of two busier roads. Street parking is available for additional vehicles, but must follow city ordinances.
