Situated in Northern Colorado Springs, our home offers convenient access to restaurants and shopping, all within a short drive. The Air Force base, hiking trails, and the renowned Garden of the Gods are all within a 15-minute drive. The space Bedrooms: This expansive house boasts 5 bedrooms (3 king size beds, 1 queen, 4 twins, and 1 sofa bed) providing ample space for up to 13 guests. Each room is thoughtfully decorated and designed for comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. Bathrooms: With 3.5 bathrooms, there's no need to worry about long lines in the morning. The bathrooms are well-appointed with modern fixtures and plenty of towels. Living Spaces: The living and dining areas are perfect for gathering with friends and family. Relax on the comfortable sofas, watch your favorite shows on the TV, share a meal around the dining table, or relax on the large back deck equipped with a grill and hot tub. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. From the essential appliances to cookware and utensils, cooking will be a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, kitchen table, or in the adjacent dining area. Outdoor Space: Take advantage of the Colorado sunshine in our backyard. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the patio or hosting a barbecue, the outdoor space is a great extension of the home. Paved walking paths adjacent to the house lead to beautiful Rampart Park, less than half a mile away. Basement Living Room: There is a sofa that can convert to a bed that you are welcome to use to sleep an extra guest. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are included. Located in the basement bedroom closet. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, including space for 2 cars in the garage if needed. Audio Receiver/Stereo system for kitchen area and outside deck: You may connect a Bluetooth device to the audio system located in the pantry closet in the kitchen area. Select BT, and connect a device such as an iPhone. Once connected, there are two knobs near the living room that you can change the volume and switch on to have music play inside and outside at the same time.
