Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This quiet neighborhood gives you the break you need, while offering a short drive to a variety of outdoor activities. There are gorgeous views of fields to the South, with a unique rock hill to the North, just on the other side of Steinaker reservoir. We are located about 10 minutes North of downtown Vernal, which puts you right between town and the entrance to all the parks. There are two other rental units on this property. The space While this apartment is not newly renovated, I can guarantee an astounding level of cleanliness. We have taken every measure to ensure your comfort. We have little kids, so we have made sure the property will be family friendly for our guests. Guest access You will enter the apartment via the stairs to the right rear of the garage. There is only one entrance to this property, as everything else is part of the main home. The kitchen and main entrance look out onto our backyard and fields that usually have cows, deer, and cranes. Please do not use the back or front yard unless you have asked permission, as those are generally used by different units on the property. Other things to note This property is not ADA accessible.
