Relax in the hammock or with your toes in the sand on the beach. Need to do a little work? Use the executive floating office to get your work done. You can have it all at this retreat. The space Our place on Beaver Lake is a little slice of heaven. You will enjoy all the comforts of home (Starbucks coffee, linens, bath & lake towels. *Please note, the hot tub is available all year.(review waiver in house rules). However, during the colder months, parts of the outdoor kitchen will be winterized. (approx. Oct-May). Beaver Lake is a quiet residential neighborhood. No parties, gatherings, large groups or events are allowed. Only booked guests can be there at any time. Motor boat and hobiecat sailboat (if at dock) is not included. Guest access Guests will have access to the home. Not to the garage or storage rooms(clearly marked and secure). Floating office access can be requested. It is not a play house (no children) work only! Sailboat and motor boat are not offered for guest use.
