The space This single level condominium has a well-appointed kitchen, laundry area, living room, dining room, four bedrooms with en suite baths, and an additional half bath. The common elevator and staircase provide easy access to the living area from the private covered parking area. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings offer breathtaking views of the Gulf through three large sliding glass doors. The dining area is well-appointed with a granite breakfast bar and a solid-wood dining table that seats up to 10. At the end of the day, sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or step outside to the partially covered deck for a meal al fresco. The deck features a gas grill, dining table, and plenty of seating for a dinner under the stars. These amenities, along with the elevator and exterior staircase, are shared with guests staying in the other condo. Guest access You will have access to the entire second floor unit and dedicated covered parking. You will also have access to a shared elevator, screened pool and spa, and boardwalk to the beach. Other things to note Up to 2 well-behaved dogs or cats are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $200. Renters must be 25 years or older. The pool is solar-heated, with water temperature varying based on weather conditions. The spa is equipped with a heat pump that requires an ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher to operate. Special events, including beachfront weddings, are welcome when you rent both SunScape & SeaScape together.
