Each day you can have a full beach vacation before retreating to the peace of wooded trails, private pond, fire pit, sprawling deck, and game room. Surround yourself in fall colors while roasting marshmallows or watch the snow fall during Michigan's autumn and winter months. Find comfort through all seasons at Serenity! The space Serenity is a great place to be one with nature, but if you're more comfortable indoors, you'll be delighted by the interior space. The main level features a great gathering space to spend time with your loved ones. A comfortable living room with ample seating is open to the adjacent dining and kitchen areas. From both the living and dining rooms, you can enjoy direct access to the expansive deck with outdoor furniture. The main gathering level also has a queen bedroom with direct deck access and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Head upstairs where you'll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower-tub combo. The queen bedroom offers a Juliet balcony to enjoy the fresh air and direct access to the bathroom. This room also has a dedicated workspace. The primary bedroom features and king size bed and TV with Roku. The ground level of Serenity is where you'll enter. Head out to the detached garage where you can challenge your friends and family to a game or two. There is ping pong, air hockey, darts, and foosball to entertain you throughout the day. Challenge each other to a game of basketball with the adjustable hoop on the driveway. There is plenty of room on the grounds to roam, toss a football, or bask in the sun. In the quiet mornings and evenings, you may see deer crossing the front yard to drink from the pond. If you keep an eye out, you may see the wild turkeys and fox that live in the woods. Guest access The entire house and grounds are yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note This property is surrounded by woods and nature. It is common to see deer, raccoons, mice, squirrels, birds, and more. Make sure to keep doors closed and store your food properly so the wildlife does not welcome themselves indoors. The main level of this home is on the second floor and requires stairs. This home is on a septic system. Please avoid allowing food particles, coffee grounds, cooking oils, etc. down the kitchen drain. The mesh drain cover will help to keep the pipes clear. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper and natural waste. If other items, such as baby wipes, feminine products, etc., are flushed, the system will back up into the showers and yard and you will be responsible. This home receives water via a well. This means the water comes from the ground. Though there are filters and a softener in place, our area has a high mineral content and the water may smell and taste different than you're used to. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home. They only turn on when they detect movement, are not capable of recording sound, and are completely disabled when guests are present at the property.
