With a walkout onto the dock, and a outdoor barrel sauna, this airbnb is the perfect getaway and an unforgettable experience and also just steps to the K & P Trail. The space Lakehouse: Open concept living with lots of natural light and views of the lake in nearly every room, dining and kitchen. Smart TV in living room with propane fireplace. Large Dining Table seats up to 10. Kitchen is fully equipped with essentials. Main appliances, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee makers, Nespresso (vertuo) machine, etc. Internet available for streaming video and wifi. Not as fast as the city but fast enough to stream Netflix. Basement includes, a beautiful walkout to the deck. Stay warm and cozy with wood stove fireplace and enjoy a game of table tennis. Air condition in the summer and fully heated in the winter. Propane BBQ on patio. Outdoor Panoramic Barrel Sauna, heated by wood is a great way to relax and enjoy the views by the lake. Large dock and patio with plenty of room for lounging and BBQ. Dock is just steps from the house great for water activities or watching the sunset. K&P Trail, is just steps the Lakehouse. Take it North for a nice, quiet nature walk or head south to explore the village and beach. Boat Rental is Available - Property is located next to Sharbot Lake Marina - call ahead to book your pontoon boat rental during your stay (this is completely separate). There is outdoor fire pit. Pls check at the time of booking to see if a fire is permitted (local fire law). Large driveway 4 spacious bedrooms. 2 full bathroom with showers up stairs and 2 piece washroom on main floor. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably, 3 bedrooms with queens bed (one with ensuite washroom and one includes bedroom also includes a desk) 4th bedroom has double bed with a single top bunk bed. Upon request, we can provide a mattress for additional guest. Lake - great for swimming (some weeds but we have installed lake mats by the dock), fishing and boating. In the late spring and summer seasons 2 adult Kayaks, 2 kids kayaks, 1 stand up paddle board and a canoe is available for use. Some life jackets available, Kids must bring their own life jackets.
