The space DOCK ON THE WATER The dock on lake brownwood is great for sitting and enjoying the day on the lake, swim off of , launch water crafts, dock your boat or do some amazing fishing! BACKYARD FIRE PIT The fire pit designed on top of the hill in the backyard is perfectly placed to enjoy the lake with your family and friends while watching the lake! Sunrises on lake are phenomenal from this spot! PATIO A morning coffee or a chat with friends in the nature without walking all the way to the water, we have you covered with a covered patio featuring a dinning table and a couch! GRILL We have a charcoal grill. KITCHEN Cook and engage with your family in the open concept kitchen /living room/ dinning space. Equipped with everything you will need to cook a quick breakfast or a dinner ,just get your groceries and pantry items . COFFEE Easy to use k cup and traditional coffee pot combo! BEDROOM There are 4 bedrooms with all having bedroom furnishings MASTER BEDROOM The master bed is spacious room with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a stand alone bathtub! BUNK BED ROOM The bunk bed room perfect for kids in the group has two queen over twin beds . QUEEN BED ROOM 1 The queen bed room has a TV ,dresser and a night stand. QUEEN BED ROOM 2 The queen bed room also has a TV dresser and a night stand. WHAT MAKES THIS PROPERTY UNIQUE The placement of the property gives an amazing view of the huge open part of the lake. Because of the landscape you not only have amazing views literally from any part of the back yard but also have some incredible photo spots. The sunrises are amazing with the dock and the landscape in the front of it . You don’t want to miss the surprising on the beautiful lake . The sunsets are great from the front yard. The dock sits in a place where you can launch your water craft and anchor your boats. You can also simply hangout in the dock with it bumping bopping with boats passing through. It is swimmable close to the dock but with caution and local reports about water level in the lake. The house having 4 rooms makes it a great place to enjoy with a family group. We have a charge of 25$ for one pet for the trip and 50$ for more than one for the whole trip. Water in the lake at our home we have about 2.5 to 3 feet water under our dock . lake level is about 60 percent full.. one of few properties still have water under dock..
