The space GUEST H4U VILLA GARDEN & POOL is a modern 2 story house with stylish decor, situated in Povoa - Beiriz, featuring a beautiful garden and outdoor pool, totally private with no overlooking You will have access to 4 spacious bedrooms, all equiped with a King Size Beds (160*200) and 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. We can host up to 8 people, including children and infants. Our TV offers access to 150 channels, and high-speed wifi is available throughout the house. All ours rooms and one bathroom are located on the first floor. The kitchen, billiard room, dining area, and the other two bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. The house spans 200m², providing a spacious, comfortable & quiet living space. Our fully equipped kitchen includes an American fridge, 4 plates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with all necessary kitchen utensils. Our private garden is furnished, and your disposal to enjoy and relax all day. In addition to the garden, our house has a private swimming pool available from April to October (the pool is not heated). A BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking. The house is located in a quiet area close to Povoa’s city center (10 minutes by car). The house’s bed linen will be at your disposal. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Ideal for 8 people maximum, baby and children included. Pool closed from November 1 to March 31 every year Other things to note Important information before booking This apartment is non-smoking. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge. Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Mandatory city tax: a city tax of 1.50€ per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Access & check-in Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. All check-ins after 7:00 PM are subject to our availability and incur additional fees: • 7:00–8:30 PM: 15€ • 8:30–10:00 PM: 25€ • 10:00–11:00 PM: 50€ • After 11:00 PM: from 50€ Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM. Services & extras For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 145€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
