The space The property is located in a family-friendly neighborhood, within walking distance of grocery stores and local restaurants. Public transportation is conveniently nearby, and the home is centrally located with easy access to all major highways. Parties and events are not permitted on the property without prior written authorization from the host. Out of respect for our neighbors, outdoor loud music is not permitted after 12:00 a.m. Guest access The property is fully available for use except for the owners storage closets Other things to note Westchester Garden is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and the property. One of the highlights of the home is our vibrant fruit and herb garden, which guests are welcome to enjoy during their stay. For reservations longer than three (3) nights, we require uninterrupted access to the backyard to allow our professional landscaping team to maintain the garden. This maintenance takes place on a bi-weekly basis, is brief, and does not require access to the interior of the home. Garden care—including pruning, upkeep, and harvesting of fruits and herbs—is included as part of the stay and overall guest experience.
