Featuring a luxurious king bed and cozy twin bunks in the hallway, it's ideal for both romantic getaways and family adventures. The heart of our condo is a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy access to Horizon South's premier amenities, including multiple pools, and a fitness center! January and February at $1100 a month, plus taxes and fees (Other months considered at various rates, depending on the time of year and based on expected income for those months.) All Guests will be required to have an Armband while on any portion of the Horizon South Property. Children 5 years old and younger will NOT be required to purchase or wear an Armband. Failure to not display an Armband can result in removal from the property. Armband Cost shall be $20.00 per 7 days not to exceed $40.00 in a continuous stay of 6 months. Armbands will be color-coded and rotated out weekly to prevent the reutilization of Armbands. Paying Guests will NOT be allowed to utilize Owner Armbands.
