Please note: This home is on lake, your safety and the safety of your guests is your responsibility. Please be cautious by the water and be aware that it is very shallow by the shoreline. Also, this home has close neighbors. As most properties on the lake, we are very close in proximity to our neighbors. So you will see other people down by the water or on their decks enjoying the water and sunsets as well. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. You'll also have access to three parking spaces on the property. Enjoy the serene lakefront setting with direct access to the lake and a small yard. For your aquatic adventures, we've provided four kayaks for your use. # of Guests: Also this home does sleep 9 with the trundle and pull out couch in use. However, our maximum is 8 guests as we have found 9 does not work for the space. Pet: Please include your pet in your guest list. There is a pet fee for our four-legged friends, which is passed along to our cleaning team for added cleaning time. Please note: The detached guest house in the parking area is private and off-limits to guests.
