Beautiful Villa w/ private pool & steps to beach

Bienvenidas! Casa Vida Azul is located in Tambor, next to one of the most spectacular beaches and golf course in Costa Rica; all within the gated community of Los Delfines. The community is filled with wildlife & offers endless mountain views. Our private villa is a spacious three bedroom bungalow and is surrounded by lush vegetation; and complete with a private saltwater inground pool; that said, the beach is simply a minute walk away; an 8 km secluded beach shared with Barceló Resort ⛵ The space Within the quiet gated community of Los Delfines, offering 24 hour security, the wildlife sightings are plentiful. As are the epic sunrises and sunsets that can be seen from the villa. You will see many Scarlet macaws flying overhead (that are part of an on-site sanctuary breeding program), howler monkeys, sea turtles, whales and dolphins if you are really lucky! Inquire about the rescue and release of sea turtles! The community offers weekly activities that you can partake; on-site you will find everything you need: a beachfront restaurant & bar, coffee house, grocery store, weekly fresh food markets and much more. It is a spacious modern bungalow that comes with your own private sea salt pool and is less than a 2 minute walk from a beautiful secluded beach (8 km long). We have worked to create the most comfortable, serene space to ensure you get maximum relaxation on your vacation! This home features 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7, it has 2 full baths, a private pool, 5 air-conditioners with temperature control, a well equipped kitchen and a backyard oasis. FEATURES: - Each bedroom has it’s own temperature controlled A/C unit and fan; - 2x A/C units and fans through the main living area; - 2 full bathrooms; - Covered outdoor living space with large sectional and an overhead fan; - Outdoor dining under our fanned rancho on a locally made table seating for 6; - 4 burner stainless steel BBQ; - 2 sun loungers; - Granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms; - 2 sliding doors off the Master Bedroom, allowing lots of natural light; - Large windows and doors throughout; - 50” smart TV; - Google Chromecast Stick; - Queen size, self- inflatable mattress (with extra bedding available - please advise if needed); - High speed WIFI, 80 Mbps; - Bluetooth // wireless JBL speaker; - Master Bedroom: king size bed, Walk in Closet with full ensuite bathroom, own A/C unit; - 2nd Bedroom: queen size bed, large closet space, and under bed storage space, own A/C unit; -3rd Bedroom: bunk bed (single over double bed), with under bed storage, own A/C unit; - well equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances including full size refrigerator, full size oven with 4 burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, Air fryer, blender, pots/pans, cooking utensils, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery and more; -4 bar stools at a breakfast bar; -4 seat dining table; -Open concept living room with couch and loveseat and smart TV; - Board games, books, crayon , colouring books, some pool toys; - Extra blankets, pillows and bedding; - Front loading washer and dryer; -Drinkable tap water sourced from a local spring; and - Complementary chilled bottle of white wine! Pet policy: A $25 per pet fee will be added to your reservation. Small, well-behaved dogs with responsible owners are welcome. Out of respect for our neighbours, it’s important that you keep them on a leash when outside or in the community, and pick up after them, every time. You MUST be upfront about your pet and agreeable to these requirements no Guest access - You will be given a lockbox code for easy entry; - Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of 1 locked closet (located in the middle room with the bunk beds); - 7 guest maximum for this property (we do have an inflatable mattress if needed); - Children must be fully supervised in the backyard as the pool is not fenced; - Small pets allowed but may be subject to extra cleaning fees (per pet); - The community has quiet time is 10pm-7am daily; - No smoking allowed, inside or outside; and - 13% IVA or VAT tax will be added to the rental price. Our community is less than a 20 min taxi from Cobano airport, which can be reached with a quick 25 minute flight from either San Jose or Liberia. Alternately we can provide you with the contact information of a reliable shuttle service that can transport you to Los Delfines from any above mentioned airports. Transportation time from Liberia airport is approximately 3 hours, that said, the shuttle service offers WIFI and a cooler with cold drinks, so sit back, relax and enjoy the drive. Upon booking, we will send you our villa rental guide which will provide additional information on our community and area. On your day of arrival, we will provide you with the lockbox code which will allow you to immediately access our villa upon arrival. Our local Property Manager, Suzanne ("Suz") speaks English and little Spanish. Her contact information will be provided shortly after booking confirmation. Suz will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have, as will your hosts. Other things to note ** Costa Rica is very proactive with regards to energy saving, PLEASE turn off all appliances // AC units when you are not in the villa. The ACs cools the rooms very quickly I promise!! - Children must be fully supervised in the backyard as the pool is not fenced; - The community has quiet time is 10pm-7am daily; - No smoking allowed; -13% IVA or VAT tax will be added to rental price; and - No parties nor events please!
