Other things to note To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: • Paper towels • Toilet paper • Tissues • Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar • Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) • Garbage bags • Sponges • Dish soap If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: • Mailbox access is not available for guests • All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. • The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. • Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. • Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment. • While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay • Parking is strictly limited to 2 vehicles.
