The space The house features three bedrooms with ample closet space, a designated workspace in one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower/tub, separate living and kitchen areas, a laundry area, hardwood floors, a front screened patio with seating and a dining table, a back deck with dining table seating and a grill, and a fully fenced backyard. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house and backyard. Other things to note We offer private wet boat mooring for those guest who would like to bring their boat.
