No loud music, parties, or high-volume activity is permitted during this time. • Speakers must remain inside the villa, with volume kept at a level that cannot be heard beyond the property line. • Any event, celebration, or outside entertainment must receive prior approval and comply fully with HOA guidelines. • Failure to follow these rules may result in fines issued by the HOA and/or interruption of your stay.
