Welcome to your grand, two-story home! Step inside a clean, modern space where unique character shines through in vibrant, large, nature-themed murals that bring each room to life. Unwind in the spacious living room with comfortable seating gathered around a beautiful stone fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops—perfect for preparing meals. Stay entertained with three Smart TVs (living room, master, and one queen room). The space MASTER BEDROOM AND MASTER BATHROOM LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR as well as one half bathroom. Fully fenced backyard for the pets. Sleeping Arrangements: The home features 6 permanent beds. For parties of 9 or 10, a rollaway bed is provided. It is stored in the master bedroom closet (accessible with a combination lock) and can be set up in the living room or foyer. Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use. Please remember to bring your own laundry detergent. EV Charger: An on-site EV charger is available for your convenience. Please see 'Guest Access' for details on using it. Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry friends to enjoy the home and the spacious, fenced yard. There is a TV in the living room, master bedroom and the room with the queen size bed. There is not antenna or cable service, only live TV through the Roku Live TV web service. All TVs are smart for you to sign in to your own streaming service. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and its amenities. Please note that the garage is generally not available for guest use. However, if you are traveling with an electric vehicle and require access to the garage for our on-site EV charger, please inquire before booking so we can make arrangements for you. Other things to note Washer and dryer available to use but you must bring your own detergent. There are 3 actively recording cameras on the outside: 1 on the doorbell, 1 on the floodlight above the garage door and 1 mounted on the floodlight at the backyard garage.
