Other things to note There is Parking for 3 cars lined up in the driveway, and plenty of free street parking. We ask that you follow our parking instructions when street parking in order for us to be in cahoots with the neighbors. We use the basement space in this property for business purposes. You may see a couple of us in and out at times. We have a separate side entrance and will be locked off from the rest of the property during your stay. There is an additional amount for any guests staying overnight of $25 per person per night for guest counts over 10. Please include the proper guest count on the booking calendar when inquiring or making a booking request for an accurate amount. Please inquire about large gatherings. Large events may incur an event fee depending on the size and scope.
