This unique place has a style all its own. You will be nestled in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach with an ocean front view. We have created a private "home away from home" for you to experience life in one of the most loved little beach towns. Our studio condo has been re-done to give you a spacious getaway with an amazing view. You will experience the tranquil sunrises as well as the beach nightlife within walking distance. It truly is one of a kind! The space Our studio beachfront condo has a deck for amazing ocean views while lounging. You will be within a short walk to local bars, restaurants, and shops. Guest access We have a private gate off of the parking lot that will lead to our condo. Other things to note Our condo is in close proximity to local bars that have live music and a night life. The neighboring buildings are fairly close, so you may hear music at times from neighbors. We have built a gate and wooden barrier between the buildings for some added privacy.
