The space Each bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, luggage rack, and private access to a covered porch with daybed swings. Each bedroom has access to their own bathroom with double vanities, showers, drawers for storage, and a rod with coat hangers. We provide lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer with attachments, clothes steamer, makeup cloths, and towels of all sizes. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, water/juice/wine glasses, coffee/espresso mugs, eating/cooking/serving utensils, pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator, and a stacked washer/dryer unit just off the kitchen. We provide laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and hand soap. We provide a Nespresso machine with a variety of coffee pods, sugars, and creamers. We also provide an assortment of hot chocolates, teas, and honey. The living room area has a couch that can comfortably seat 4 adults, a Smart TV, an electronic 3D fireplace, and classic board games. Outside, there is center deck off the living room that has a high top table for 4, a gas grill, and hot tub. We provide 2 oversized towels in each bathroom for the hot tub. In the front of the property there is an outdoor fire pit with 4 adirondack chairs and a 2 person swing. We try to provide firewood, but it’s best to bring your own in case it gets wet. Guest access The property is easy to access and does NOT require all or 4 wheel drive. The driveway and road leading to the property is gravel, but all other roads are paved. Guests have access to the entire treehouse (aside from locked owner's closets and maintenance shed) and the 2 acres of land with a creek. Other things to note You must be at least 21 years old to book a stay, and must review the House Rules before check-in. The treehouse is not suited for small children and we recommend children be supervised by an adult at all times. We welcome up to two pets, any type or size, for a non-refundable $100 fee. Pets should be supervised at all times and we recommend a leash when outside as the property is not fenced in. The treehouse is professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. The treehouse and all decks are securely constructed and have been inspected by agencies for safety. You may feel the structure sway slightly with the wind, but this is perfectly safe and normal. Like bridges, the treehouse must have some flexibility to keep from cracking and maintain structural integrity.
