Foxglove Cottage has been completely renovated for a modern clean look. 141 acres of beautiful woods and trails. A 6-acre private fishing lake. Ski Resorts Close are within an hour drive Located a few short miles from State Game Lands and abundant hunting. This is a working farm with horses, donkeys and chickens. The fireplace is only available from October 1st to end of May; its a heat source and is not for ambiance. The driveway is steep all wheel or 4 wheel is required during winter. The space It is located on the top of a hill with an equestrian facility which contain horses and farm animals. The property boasts 141 acres which includes a 6 acre pond which is spring fed and fully stocked with a variety of fish, and many trails to walk through the woods, up through the hayfields to view beautiful Susquehanna. Quiet enough to bird watch, fish, swim or have a cookout privately down by the pond, where a picnic table is provided, grill and even a fire ring. Activities with the horses may be available depending upon your date of travel. There are chickens and roosters that me give you an early morning call. Guest access The guests have access to the full 141 acres, but must be accompanied when entering the equestrian barn. Other things to note A canoe on the pond is available, bring your fishing poles for a catch and release in the private lake. Miniature horse driving lesson is also available $40.00 per hour, or bring your own horse to bring your companion to ride the trails. Please contact for more information. The driveway is a dirt road, so in the winter please be aware that electric cars, cars without 4 wheel or all wheel drive or no tread may have a hard time when there is snow or ice.
