The moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a bright, open-concept space featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining area, and a cozy living room. Relax on the oversized couch after a day of sightseeing and stream your favorite shows on the huge smart TV. With a primary king bedroom (with an ensuite bath) and an additional queen bedroom, you'll have all the space you need. Every stay includes all the towels and linens you'll need. Guest access While the street entrance and hallway are shared with our building's friendly tenants, the loft itself is your private sanctuary. Enjoy the convenience of one dedicated garage parking spot and easy access to your second-floor getaway via elevator or stairs. 🚗 Parking Information: ✅ Guests are provided with 1 parking space in the private parking garage. Additional vehicles should use public parking. 🚗 Additional Public Parking Options Nearby: ✅ Free Street Parking – Available throughout downtown Lexington. Free for up to 2 hours until 6 PM. Overnight parking is allowed unless otherwise posted. ✅ Jefferson Street Public Parking Lot – 3-hour parking limit on weekdays until 6 PM. Free on weekends and overnight parking is allowed. ✅ Randolph Street Public Parking Lot – 3-hour parking limit on weekdays until 6 PM. Free on weekends and overnight parking is allowed. ✅ Courthouse Parking Garage – Free all-day parking. Overnight parking is not permitted. ✅ Vehicles can be parked over the weekend at H&J Tire which is diagonal from the building at the corner of Randolph Street & Nelson Street.
