Guest access Guests access the home through a private driveway and door using a unique access code sent 24-48 hours before check-in (depending on the season). Other things to note ✨ Welcome to The Lookout at Loon Lake! ✨ We recently upgraded our outdoor firepit area with new adirondack seating for 8 with plenty of extra chairs for larger groups. *Updating window AC units to mini splits for summer 2026* Ski season is still in full swing here hopefully through March! We are located down the road from Tenney Mountain and under 30 minutes to Loon Mountain/Waterville Valley and the very popular Ice Castles! Contactless check-in is anytime after 4PM date of arrival and contactless checkout is by 10AM date of departure. Your pups are part of the family, and they’re welcome too! We allow up to 2 dogs per stay, just choose "bringing a pet" when booking (a fee applies). Kayaks, row boat, canoe, dock etc are included in the price of your reservation and available seasonally.
