It is a private retro sanctuary in the city, with an outdoor hot tub, large green backyard, side yard with outdoor seating looking over the green park across the street. The space Art Farm has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, with a large TV in the living room a vintage Steinway piano, a unique antique record player, cozy seating. Just off the kitchen is an office if you need to do a little work during your stay. The primary bedroom and en suite are downstairs with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and share a bathroom in the hall. Just outside the upstairs bedrooms there is a small game area with a standup Atari and multiple other games for your enjoyment. Home features all flat screen smart TV’s with fast Wi-Fi for your streaming needs in the living room and primary bedroom. Adult and child-friendly home with a fully fenced backyard. Close to Utica Square and Brookside for great shopping and dining experiences. Also, nearby is the Gathering Place, where you can spend the day meandering through the natural beauty, visit museums and enjoy all kinds of culinary delights!
